A different approach to medicine.
I offer clear, inclusive, and actionable pathways to wellness, creating programs to build strong foundational systems unique to your history and biochemistry.
My patients receive custom lifestyle and treatment plans, functional lab interpretation, and individual nutrition, supplement, herbal, pharmaceutical, and treatment recommendations.
By being upfront with the investment and motivation required, we can gather information, take action, and create change more quickly and efficiently.
I am currently accepting new patients In Squamish and online.
Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine
I use traditional Chinese Medicine principles to craft a personalized acupuncture treatment. Treatments will often include cupping, gua shua, breathwork and/or auricular therapy.
IV's and Injectables
IV nutrient therapy infuses vitamins, minerals and nutrients directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system and allowing for maximum absorption.
Our skin is important. It’s a physical representation of how we show up in the world, and dealing with skin problems quickly becomes not only a physical problem, but also a problem of mental health and self worth. Although skin can be difficult to treat, one silver lining is that it gives us an easy to monitor snapshot of our internal environment.
Achieving truly healthy skin isn’t as simple as buying fancy creams and committing to invasive procedures. Skin conditions are multifactorial, and the root cause is not always easily identifiable. In fact, there are almost always multiple things to consider, and often many layers to get through when treating skin conditions. All of my treatment plans take this into consideration, and are customized, effective, and gentle.
Conditions (not limited to):
Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema)
Topical Steroid Withdrawal
Do you desire more out of life with meaningful connection, deep purpose, and fierce passion? You're in the right place.
Community and succesful personal relationships have been consistently shown in studies to be the most important factor in perceived personal happiness.
By focusing on community and group learning, we add to the evidence backed by research that healthy communities contribute to healthy, happy people, and healthy people as a whole contribute to a healthy global community with the goal of ultimately less violence, more acceptance and a happy planet.
